I have been a contributor to World Book for more than 25 years and served on the Board of Advisers for 10 years.

I’ve written several pieces for the encyclopedia on music and journalism. Thee have generally been biographical pieces, though I have done longer pieces on journalism, rock’n’roll and rap.

My boys like showing off the articles — especially the one on Jackson, Michael — to their friends in the school library.
